Terms of Service
Please read it all carefully! By commissioning me, you automatically agree with my terms of service.
Turn Around Time (TAT)
• Regular Illustrations: 1-2 week
• Character Sheet: 1-3 weeks
• Live2D/Vtuber Models: 2-4 weeks• I will provide frequent updates once I start working on your order, so you can accompany the project progress. (Might not update on the weekends and in emergencies)Note; the TAT starts after the sketch is approved. If you wish for a faster deliver time, a fee will be charged
Payment
• Payment method is via PayPalYou can either pay 100% after sketch approval OR split 50% after sketch approval and 50% after finished.* • 50/50 Payment rules:** For the half payment option, the finished project will only be sent after the final payment*First payment: paying for the sketch
Second payment: paying for the finished project• I can work with payment plans (For Live2D Models) but you'll only receive the PSD file once you've made the final payment, contact me for more informations.The payment plan is not available if you're commissioning with a discount.
Artist Rights
As the artist...I retain all the copyrights over my work, meaning I'm allowed to use it as a sample for sales and for self-promotion.If it's the client's wish to keep the project private or wait for debuts or specials dates, please let me know beforehand. Completely private projects will be charged extras since I won't be able to use it to self-promote or use as a sample for my work.I have the right to refuse to proceed with any projects or clients without questions.
I'm allowed to use rejected sketches for any future projetcs.
Client Rights
As the client...You can freely post and use the commission as long as it is visibily credited to me. You cannot claim it as your art.
If your commissioned piece only includes personal use, you're allowed to use it as icons, avatars, layouts, wallpaper, themes, personal pages and etc.But you're not allowed to sell the artwork or use in platforms in which you profit from, such as Twich, Youtube, Patreon, business cards and etc. To be able to use the commission for the previous, you must pay for the Commercial Use fee.Live2D/Vtuber Model Commissions already have commercial use included, meaning you don't have to pay any extras for it.
Vtuber/Live2D
Models use
All Live2D models have the commercial fee included, and the price will remain the same regardless of how you decide to use the model (Personal or commercial use)You're allowed to resell the model but only at the same price you bought or lower.• I can work with payment plans (For Live2D Models) but you'll only receive the PSD file once you've made the final payment.Full-body models: payment plan up to 4x
Half-body models: payment plan up to 3x❌ I DON'T ALLOW edits in my artwork ❌.I do not accept someone else to do extra add-ons on my models, it's strictly prohibited that you as a client, or someone else, draw any extra assets to the model, such as extra expressions, outfits, hairstyles, or any other extra work I provide for my models. If you want any extra resource for the model, access my Add-on pricelist. Please respect my work and DO NOT draw over it.This however, DOES NOT include appart assets, like extra hands with a pose, static images, chairs, microphones and etc. So feel free to use them in streams, but do not edit the psd files. If you happen to find any mistakes on it, contact me so I can correct them and re-send the file to you.🚫 PLEASE DO NOT USE AI IN ANY OF MY WORKS! 🚫
Revisions
All the major changes should be made in the sketching phase. After that, the only changes allowed are simple details, color corrections or something I might have forgotten.(2 FREE major revisions in the sketching phase, any other will be charged.)
I offer unlimited cuts and request for riggers if necessary! ♡
Refunds
No refunds. You cannot cancel your order after the sketch approval.
• How to place order! •
Message me on Twitter (@oirrobin) or through my e-mail.1. Specify how many slots you'd like. (You can see how many are available in the "Waitlist status")2. Which style and format (Ex. Half-body Live2D Model)3. The add-ons you'd like to add in your order. (Ex. Additional of a pet.)4. Provide references for the character, pose, clothing and all the other aspects you want in the piece.You can freely ask for more informations if you still have any questions.
• Waitlist •
If I'm currently working on another project, you can still save a slot and be put into the waitlist. Just message me so I can keep your slot and officially include you in the waitlist.If for some reason you decide to not commission me anymore while still on the waitlist, you have to let me know at lest 1 month before I start working on your commission.
Slots saved after June 2024 >For Live2D Models, payment in advance of 50$ will be charged in order to have your slot saved in my waitlist.This value will be taken away from your total in the future, ex: If your total is 250$, you'll only pay 200$ when I start working on your Live2D Model.⚠ There's no refunds in case you cancel your slot in my waitlist. ⚠In this payment, you're only buying a slot in my waitlist, and by doing this, you acknowledge that you won't be refunded in case you decide to cancel your commission.
So please be 100% sure you want to commission me before claiming a slot on my waitlist.
